Rather than having to hold a handset for more than six hours per day, it is much easier to wear a headset. To provide the comfort and audio quality that is required for such intensive use, our embedded DSP cores include a number of predefined and optimized audio processing algorithms. They can also run additional custom algorithms. High definition sound quality that is as natural as possible is achieved by using the wideband audio capabilities of our chipsets.

Specifically in call centre environments, often a large number of people are using headsets in a relatively small area. To improve the density, advanced power control can be utilized for dynamical adjustment of the transmission power to the most optimal level, while maintaining an in-house range of up to 100 meters. The power management options of our chipsets also have proven talk times of more than fifteen hours.
