DECT radio transceiver ICs

SiTel is the first in the world to successfully implement high frequency DECT transceivers in standard CMOS technology. Our mass-produced CMOS transceiver ICs for the 1.7 / 1.9 GHz (DECT), 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz radio frequency bands are breaking barriers by bringing all the benefits of CMOS to RF applications. With this technology we have a platform concept for DECT radio that allows product differentiation and diversity while limiting overall bill of materials (BoM).

RF Schedule
Our DECT radio ICs can be combined with any microcontroller offering a programmable interface, they are of course designed to operate seamlessly with our basebands which offer native support for the radio interface.
